1.Asia sourcing manager 亚洲区资源开发经理(2人)

 

Main Objectives:

Ø  Serve as critical liaison between supplier and corresponding purchasing, quality, manufacturing and engineering personnel within the different Danaher Operating Companies and locations

Ø  Support the new product development and/or product transferfrom high cost region to low cost region.

Ø  Drive cost saving by project localization, negotiation, supply base optimization and supplier development and management

Ø  Responsible for coordinating, identifying and/or be part of a procurement team to support major cost reduction initiatives, supplier development and transition.

Ø  Work closely with commodity team, peer group to ensure corporate supply chain management performance metrics(quality, cost, delivery) are reached or exceed


Requirement:

Ø  Good command of English

Ø  Bachelor degree. Major in technical related prefer

Ø  At least 3 years related to purchasing, project management or sales 

Ø  Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to express a subject clearly and understandable and to persuade others.

Ø  Good Project Management Skills. Requires analytical ability and experience to problem solve issues such as: technical problems, schedule issues, and cost related issues

Ø  Experience with sheet metal/machined parts, plastic injection components, as well as supplier development are desirable

 

2. Senior Mechanical R&D Engineer  高级机械研发工程师(3人)


Description:Perform research and development engineering to develop or improve products for assigned company.  Drive innovation, competitive research in support of business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Ø  New product design: develop design ideas and details through engineering layouts

Ø  Approve technical literature

Ø  Produce production drawings

Ø  Develop procedures for and perform testing

Ø  Create product technical specifications

Ø  Design and assemble prototypes

Ø  Coordinate the development process for new and existing products

Ø  Coordinate and maintain approvals from safety agencies including: UL, EN and ASME

Ø  Acquire knowledge of latest technologies and advise management when new technologies should be incorporated into existing products

Ø  Participate in product documentation, engineering changes documentation, drawings.

Ø  Participate in vendor selection and direction

Ø  Work with and coordinate projects with resources internal and external to the organization to drive the best products

Ø  Manage local and remote resources

Ø  Provide technical competitive analysis of products

Ø  Sustain and improves processes within engineering department

Ø  Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Ø  Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering

Ø  6+ years of engineering experience with a focus on electro-mechanical product designs

Ø  1+ years project management experience

Ø  Experience managing projects with vendors and multi-site design teams preferred

Ø  Modeling/Drafting skills -SolidWorks or similar 3D solids software proficiency is required

Ø  Broad and detailed knowledge of manufacturing processes is required

Ø  Excellent English verbal and written communication skills

Ø  Experience leading international design teams preferred

Ø  In-depth experience using FEA (structural & thermal), SolidWorks Simulation preferred

Ø  Experience with DFMEA

Ø  Complete understanding of applying GD&T to various designs (castings, injection molded, fabricated parts, etc)
